If you do not agree to these terms in full, please discontinue your access to our catalog and checkout systems immediately. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms periodically to reflect operational adjustments or legal standards.

We design our interior, exterior, lighting, and electronic accessories for broad vehicle compatibility as specified on each item page. However, you are ultimately responsible for verifying your vehicle make, model, trim year, and console geometry prior to final checkout.

When using our fitment guides or selecting custom-molded items (such as all-weather floor liners and tailored seat covers), cross-check your original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications to ensure proper clearance, airbag deployment compatibility, and sensor visibility.

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable state and local sales taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address in Park Forest, Illinois or other destination states.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized third-party digital payment services. AutoNex Innovations reserves the right to cancel or decline any order in the event of pricing errors, technical glitches, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Standard domestic orders are processed promptly and shipped via reputable parcel carriers. Tracking updates are automatically sent to the email address registered during checkout once the shipment leaves our distribution center.

Upon receipt, inspect all parcel boxes for exterior courier damage prior to opening. You must report missing components, damaged fragile lighting items, or defective wiring harnesses within 48 hours of carrier delivery confirmation.

We want you to be confident on the road. Qualifying items in brand-new, uninstalled condition with intact factory packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Custom electrical wiring that has been cut, adhesives that have been peeled, or accessories showing road wear, grease, or mounting scratches are ineligible for return. Restocking fees may apply to oversized exterior gear or specialized freight items.

AutoNex Innovations provides products 'as is' and passes through available manufacturer warranties where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted under state and federal law, AutoNex Innovations disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific vehicle modification.

Under no circumstances shall AutoNex Innovations LLC or its affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper accessory installation, unauthorized electrical tapping, distracted driving, or speed-related incidents.

All text, high-resolution product photography, catalog graphics, mechanical schematics, logos, and UI components on this site are the exclusive property of AutoNex Innovations LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Automobile brand names, model trademarks, and trim codes mentioned on product listings are used strictly for vehicle fitment identification and descriptive purposes. AutoNex Innovations is an independent automotive accessory retailer.

These terms and all sales transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of your purchases or use of this platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding individual arbitration conducted in Cook County or Will County, Illinois.
